Some of you may not know that I took the dream of a lifetime trip a year ago in May….to Paris!!
It was somewhere I have wanted to go since I was a girl and it was just wonderful! Too short, but wonderful!
For the month or so before I left, I had a French Friday feature on the blog and shared some recipes. This is one of my all time favorite dishes and it’s perfect for summer…Salad Nicoise….

I can’t believe in two days at this time, I’ll be running around like a chicken with no head making sure I’ve got everything I need before I leave for the airport! Have a safe trip there, Lorraine. I’ll see you at some point, I’m sure! : )
