Just a short note this morning to say “hello”. I am needed for sitting service this morning and get to spend time with my adorable grandson!
It’s Thursday, so that means shopping with my daughter too. Last week I showed you the little turquoise stools we found at Home Goods!
Who knows what we’ll see today! I’m taking my camera and you can shop along with me!
See you back in a few hours…….dahlings…
spending some time with my grandson.
I did have to take my oldest to the Air Force Recruiter this afternoon so
it’s a bit later than usual for a post.
Our first stop was…
I love the catalog but it’s SO nice to actually see and handle the goods!
Just inside the door, this pretty vignette.
I liked this wood box on a shelf with a vignette inside…
Three great lanterns…love the grey wash..
Books stacked inside a birdcage…..
Huge etched glass containers…very pretty!
These were gorgeous…we wanted them BADLY!!
Next stop Williams-Sonoma…..
dealer in cooking and kitchen crack….hold me back…
A rack of beautiful tablecloths. Beautiful colors, heavy drape, generous size……
kitchen towels….gorgeous…
spices, rubs and mixes….oh my
very large bowl….love the fish, coral and shells……
melamine baby dishes…..en francais
we found these little pewter candleholders…….at each place setting?
Finally…..Restoration Hardware
absolutely HUGE gorgeous lanterns as you walk in……be still my heart….
zinc letters
loved these huge jars….just faintly green
mirrors for REALLY tall people
headboard one….
headboard two….which do you like better?
I had two more pics to show you but they are sideways and for the life of me I can’t get them to load correctly. Maybe tomorrow when I’m not so tired.
We had hoped to go to the Home Goods store so we could look for similar things we had seen today…..much cheaper….of course…but ran out of time…..
Maybe next week….
I am thinking of making the Thursday Shopper a regular feature…..what do you think?

Sounds like a perfect day – grandson AND shopping. I can’t wait till you post some finds, I’m stuck at home with a cold. I will pretended I am shopping with you today.

I always wanted to be a personal shopper!
Lorraine
Sounds like you had a great day. Thanks for giving us a peek.
I did…it was so fun!
Sounds like a good post idea! You could title it “Thrifty Thursdays” your adventure finding thrifty substitutions for the more expensive things you see? Love the blog!
Then I could go “shopping” and call it “working”…..that’s what I’m thinking!
Gorgeous- love all that you shared- sounds like a fun day!! LOVE those HUGE lanterns!! Yum!!!
Thanks for sharing at FNF too! 🙂
Thanks for hosting! Couldn’t do it without you!
